Welcome to cFinder! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cFinder mobile application ("App") and related services provided by cFinder Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 9 years old (or meet the minimum age requirement in your country) to use the App.

1.2 If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2. License to use the app

2.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its software, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless permitted by law.

3. Privacy and Data

3.1 Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

3.2 All data created or stored through the App remains on your device and is not shared with third parties unless explicitly stated.

4. In-App purchases

4.1 The App may offer optional in-app purchases, such as additional features or premium content.

4.2 Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.

4.3 All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. User responsibilities

6. Prohibited activities

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8.2 The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9.2 Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, but Sections 7 and 8 will survive termination.

10. Updates to the app

10.1 The App may be updated periodically to improve functionality, address security issues, or add new features.

10.2 Continued use of the App after updates signifies your acceptance of any changes.
